These three videos show build out scenarios for the University of Penn State at their Blue/White Course, Elks Country Club, and Toftrees golf course.
I proposed to add student housing in and around the three existing golf courses. Penn State's growth is already encroaching on the Blue and White Course, my goal is to show how the built world can quietly fit into the natural surroundings.
These particular courses are inter-connected to Penn State through walking/biking and hiking trails.
Videos were composed using ArcGIS, 3D analyst, ArcScene, and Community Viz.
